User's guide

• Before first use:

Insert batteries ensuring +/- terminals are correct way round.

• To switch on:

Place bowl on scale (if using a bowl). Press TARE. Wait until display shows 0.

• To convert weight units:

Press UNIT to change between g, lb, oz.

• To ‘TARE’ several different ingredients in one bowl:

Press TARE between each ingredient.

• To switchen off manually:

Press ON/OFF for 2-3 seconds. Auto switch off will occur if not use for 2 minutes.

• Warning indicators:

1. When battery is exhausted: Replace the battery

2. When weight is overload: Remove some weight

3. Negative load: Press TARE to return to 0

• Cleaning and care

1. DO NOT immerse the scale in water or use chemical/abrasive cleaning agents.

2. All plastic parts should be cleaned immediately after contact with fats, spices, vinegar and strongly flavoured/coloured foods.

3. Avoid contact with acids such as citrus juices.
